Meditation #3: I release my limiting beliefs

We can’t help but have limiting beliefs. As children, we lack discernment and absorb everything as truth about ourselves. As adults, these limiting beliefs keep us blocked and stuck in life. Today, we change this. In this meditation, you will clear out the beliefs that aren’t true and that aren’t yours so you can reach the full potential of who you can be.

To feel worthy is to know that we are valuable, just because we are human. Our lives change when we feel worthy. Our emotional state remains more in balance. Our self-talk is more positive. Our confidence is higher. Our lives are just better. In this POWERFUL meditation, you will dismantle feelings of low self-worth, update your beliefs and build up intrinsic, unshakable feelings of worth in your heart and soul.
